bidXplore is an innovative AI agent for procurement and sales departments. It is developed by an international company Softengi with 25 years of software engineering experience with such technologies as Machine/Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.

Orchestrating clients’ digital transformation, we often participate in public tenders, which is a huge part of our business. The knowledge and best practices that we gained during this journey inspired us to create an AI-enhanced application for our procurement department, expediting our RFP proposal and bidding proficiency.

Our company applies for public tenders on a regular basis to build applications for clients worldwide. Since effective bidding is a part of sustainable business operations, Softengi made a strategic decision to develop a focused in-house solution to streamline our tender performance.

The new solution called bidXplore simulated the evaluation of our proposals, highlighted weak points, and suggested unbiased recommendations to increase their efficiency. The solution exceeded all our expectations!

Before bidXplore, we managed to acquire one UNDP, USAID, World Bank, and UNICEF tender every six months. After we started to use an autonomous AI agent, the number of successful bids increased to one per month.

After bidXplore demonstrated its potential for our internal RFP analysis and bid evaluation needs, Softengi settled on a plan to generalize the application, which is now available all over the world with headquarters in Italy.
